As soon as we receive your order we will start processing it without delay. Most products are ready for dispatch within one to two days of receipt of your order. Delivery time may vary depending on the carrier and payment method chosen. The customer is kept informed of the status of the order by our store.
Shipping to EU countries
We send the goods throughout the EU countries - for orders over 50 EUR and shipment up to 20 kg is free of charge.
We send the goods by your chosen method of transport. When delivered by GLS or DPD courier, you will receive the parcel at any address.
Shipping to Czechia
We send the goods throughout the Czech Republic - for orders over 900 CZK the postage is free.
We send the goods by your chosen method of transport. When delivered by courier or Czech Post, you will receive the parcel at any address. When sending the goods by Zásilkovna, you pick up the goods at the chosen branch of Zásilkovna. You can also choose personal collection at our company's premises in Chrudim.
Dispatch of the shipment
Immediately after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, we inform you by e-mail with a tracking number. As soon as the shipment is registered/noted by the carrier, from that moment on, he will keep you informed of its delivery. Shipments go through a strict exit inspection before being sent out of the store. The shipment includes a tax receipt for the purchase of the goods. The ownership of the goods passes to the buyer at the moment of payment of the purchase price and its receipt, in case of payment by bank transfer, cash on delivery or personal collection.

Delivery usually on the next working day after dispatch from our shop. As soon as we hand over the parcel to the courier, you will receive a text/email notification of the scheduled delivery date.
If the first delivery attempt is not successful, Courier will automatically send a third email or text message to the recipient, this time with a direct link to the Delivery Manager app. This online tool allows you to choose from a variety of delivery options. For example, you can choose a new delivery date, enter a different address or redirect the parcel to the DPD / GLS ParcelShop.

Upon receipt of your order, once the goods are ready for collection, you will receive information for collection
We do not charge unnecessary and unpleasant administrative fees for personal collection.
If the goods are in stock we will always try to find a suitable date with you.
